Recycled Boutique - Coordinator

As our VolunteerBoutique Shop Coordinator, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our recycled clothing boutique. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys working with people, and wants to make a meaningful difference.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring our boutique is welcoming, well-presented, and stocked with high-quality items — helping generate funds to support our programmes.

This role would ideally suit someone who lives in Palmerston North and is available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the boutique

• Coordinate and support volunteers

• Merchandise and display clothing to a high standard

• Ensure the shop is tidy, organised, and inviting

• Assist customers and provide excellent service

• Support promotion of the boutique through social media and in-store displays

What We’re Looking For

• A passion for fashion, sustainability, and community impact

• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Confidence working both independently and with a team

• Retail, merchandising, or customer service experience

• Reliability and a positive, can-do attitude
